30s black velvet jacket with notched collar and gathered detailing at the shoulders and cuffs. Open front with a hook and eye closure at bottom, hip length cut. Feels like rayon velvet with silk lining. Inside lining is heavily distressed due to age and wear, has some bleach spots on outside material.
