Custom and personalized orders
All of our items are genuine vintage; we don't make them ourselves. If you are looking for something specific, send us a message as we may have it in stock.
Measurements are taken laying flat and should be doubled where applicable. The "best fits" size is just an estimate, and vintage sizing can vary from modern sizing. Please use measurements to ensure proper fit. The best thing to do is measure a similar item of your own, and compare. When an item has stretch, we will list the unstretched dimensions with the stretched measurement afterwards.
Something I had my eye on sold, will you get another?
Once it's gone, it's gone! Most items we never see twice, with a few exceptions.
Can you hold an item for me?
Sorry, we can't hold items as it's not fair to other buyers and can lead to confusion. We hope that it will still be available when you're ready to purchase.
Will these jeans fit me?
Vintage denim was usually made without any stretch, unlike modern jeans. Check the measurements to ensure proper fit, and remember to give yourself a little wiggle room in the waist and hips, depending on your preferred fit.
When can I use my store credit?
You can use your store credit once your exchange has been delivered. Just let us know when you're ready and we'll make a coupon for you. Store credit never expires.
Do you take returns?
We're happy to take exchanges for store credit when the item is sent back within 7 days. Get in touch if you'd like to do an exchange. We don't do refunds. If there's an issue with your order, let us know.
